Recruitment Requirements

Expand:

-all our members will expand to the area of 125 -125
-if you wish to join any of our alliances you need to be ready to expand to our area or operations
-after you join and you have 3 colons contact rav in-game and he will give you the coordinates of your future CAPITAL in our expand area
-afte you built your future capital you will built all your future villages around it in the expand area
-we do not under any circumstances accept members that do not agree and wish to expand to our area
-your future capital will be either a 4446 village in the expand area or a c15 village in the expand area depending on your military role and gold usage <<since to built a c15 to lvl 19 it take a lot of gold>>



Defence&Attack or Attack Only Role:

-depending on this 3 variables:
-how much gold you use[if any]
-how much experience you have[if any]
-how active you are

-each of you will recive a role
- either totaly commited to building attack troups in the form of a ww nuker army for the end or
- buildng a combined force of a medium attack army and a large defence force

-for each of the 2 roles there are development guides written by us wich will help you choose the corect path to building up your strenght
-above all else we take pride in having tought people how to play so even if you are a bit of noob but you are willing to listen and learn you are welcomed because here we remember that all of us at some point were noobs and somebody tought us how to play


Discipline:

-all our members have to maintain a strict code of discipline
-you will each recive a guide to develope wich you must follow
-you will have to obey the commands of the ally leadership
-you will have to show respect to your team-mates

Expand:

-toti membrii aliantei vor face expand in zona 125 -125
-daca doriti sa jucati cu noi va trebui sa faceti expand in aceeasi zona
-dupa ce intrati si aveti 3 colonisti gata il contactati pe rav pentru a afla coordonatele specifice ale viitoarei voastre capitale in zona de expand
-atentie sub nici o forma nu recrutam oameni care nu fac expand in zona noastra
-viitoarea capitala va fi ori un c15 ori un sat normal 4446 depinzand de rolul militar ce va va fi atribuit fie atac fie defence sau combo
-cei cu mult aur si timp vor primii c15 pentru viitoarea capitala restul 4446 dintr-un motiv simplu - pentru a ridica la lvl 19 un c15 trebuie mult npc iar cei fara aur nu fac decat sa piarda timp cu ridicarea unei capitale c15 pe care oricum peste lvl 15-16 nu o duc asa incat este de preferat sa aiba 4446 drept capitala si sa colonizeze dupa cateva cropere pentru a depozita trupele

-sunt 3 variabile aici:
-cat aur folosesti
-cata experienta ai
-cat de activ esti

-fiecare membru va primii un rol specific
-fie dezvoltarea unei armate doar pentru final [un ww nuker]
-fie creerea unei armate pentru lupte constante si a unei forte defensive considerabile
-in oricare din cazuri avem ghiduri specifice care va vor ajuta sa ajungeti unde va doriti


Disciplina:

-este probabil cel mai important aspect
-va trebuii sa respectati cu rigurozitate ghidul de dezvoltare
-va trebuii sa respectati bineinteles ordinele conducerii aliantei
-si mai presus de orice va trebuii sa va respectati colegii
